Privacy policy
This policy explains how CyberFreezeDev LLP ("CyberFreezeDev", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores and protects information when you use our websites, applications and services (the "Services"). Last updated 13 October 2026; the previous version was dated 27 February 2026.
Summary
For convenience only. The sections below give the full details.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
Third-party accounts only with your authorisation
We access accounts such as LinkedIn Ads only when you explicitly authorise us, and only within the permissions you approve.
Analytics only if you allow it
Google Analytics cookies are off until you choose Allow analytics in the cookie banner. Advertising storage is always off.
No sensitive data on purpose
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data such as health, biometric or government ID information through this website.
Who we are
The data fiduciary (under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023) and data controller (under the GDPR and UK GDPR) for this website is CyberFreezeDev LLP, LLPIN ACK-4469, registered with the Registrar of Companies, Chennai, and based in Ayapakkam, Chennai 600077, Tamil Nadu, India. Contact: hello@cyberfreezedev.com.
Where we build or run a system for a client and process personal data on the client's instructions, the client decides how that data is used and we act on their behalf under our agreement with them. This policy covers our own website, products and the data we handle for our own purposes.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details such as your name, email address and phone number when you submit a form, sign up for our newsletter or create an account in one of our products.
- Support messages, feedback and anything else you choose to send us.
Information collected automatically
- Device and browser information, such as IP address, device type and browser type.
- Usage data, such as pages visited, features used, timestamps and basic diagnostics.
- Cookies and similar technologies, described under "Cookies, consent and Google Analytics" below.
Marketing and advertising performance data
If you connect a third-party platform such as LinkedIn Ads, we may retrieve advertising and campaign performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, spend, CTR and conversions. We collect only what is needed for reporting and analytics, and only for accounts you explicitly authorise.
The contact form
When you send an enquiry through our contact form we receive:
- your name, email address and phone number (required);
- your company (optional);
- the topic you choose and your message;
- the budget range you select (see below);
- if you arrived from a link that carries campaign tags, the tag values (
utm_source,utm_medium,utm_campaign,utm_term,utm_content), which tell us which campaign brought you.
The website does not save your enquiry in a database. It sends it by email to our inbox through our email provider, and we keep it there to reply and to follow up on the enquiry. To stop abuse, the server holds your IP address in memory for up to 10 minutes to limit repeated submissions; it is not written to disk for this purpose. The form also contains a hidden field that only automated bots fill in, so we can discard spam.
The budget field
The contact form asks you to choose a budget range: under ₹1 lakh, ₹1 to 5 lakh, ₹5 lakh and above, or not sure yet. We use your answer only to suggest a sensible scope for your project when we reply. It is not required: "Not sure yet" is selected by default, and choosing a range commits you to nothing. We do not share it with anyone outside CyberFreezeDev.
Cookies, consent and Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages help visitors. It only runs if you allow it:
- On your first visit a banner asks whether to allow analytics. Until you choose Allow analytics, Google's tag is not loaded at all: your browser does not download it, no Google Analytics cookies are set and nothing is sent to Google Analytics.
- After you allow it, the tag runs in Google consent mode with analytics storage allowed.
- Advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalisation are always set to denied on this site. We do not use Google Analytics for advertising.
- If you later choose No thanks in Cookie settings, the tag is switched off for the rest of your visit and is not loaded on later pages. Data already sent is handled under Google's own privacy policy.
- Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage under the key
cfd-consent, so we do not ask again on every page. You can change it at any time with Cookie settings in the site footer, or by clearing your browser's site data.
We may also use cookies or similar technologies to keep you signed in to our products and remember preferences. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work correctly if cookies are disabled.
Newsletter signups
If you sign up for our newsletter, we store the email address you enter, together with basic signup details such as when you signed up, in a MySQL database that we operate. We use it only to send you the newsletter and messages about your subscription.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email or by writing to hello@cyberfreezedev.com. When you unsubscribe we stop sending to you, and you can ask us to delete your address entirely.
How we use information
Provide the Services
To provide, operate and improve the Services, including our products and client systems.
Reports and dashboards
To generate performance reports and dashboards for marketing accounts you have authorised.
Communication
To reply to enquiries and support requests, and to tell you about updates and important notices.
Security
To detect, prevent and investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents and technical issues.
Legal obligations
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms where applicable.
LinkedIn and other third-party integrations (OAuth)
Our Services may integrate with third-party platforms such as LinkedIn. If you choose to connect a third-party account, you are redirected to that platform to authorise access via OAuth, a standard authorisation protocol.
- What we access: only the permissions you approve during the authorisation flow, for example access to your LinkedIn Ads account performance metrics.
- What we do not do: we do not scrape data, bypass restrictions or access accounts without explicit authorisation.
- Data scope: we primarily use aggregated advertising performance metrics for reporting and analytics.
Third-party platforms have their own privacy policies, and your use of those platforms is governed by their terms and policies.
How we share information
We share information only in these situations:
- Service providers: with vendors who host our infrastructure, store data, deliver email and run analytics for us (for example our hosting provider, our email provider and Google), under confidentiality and security obligations. Some of these providers may process data outside India.
- Legal requirements: if required by law, court order or government regulation.
- Business transfers: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case you will be notified where required.
- With your consent: when you explicitly request or approve sharing.
We do not sell your personal information.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect information. These include encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls and secure storage practices.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We keep improving our security practices as threats change.
Data retention
We keep information only as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements.
- Account and support data may be kept while your account is active.
- Contact form enquiries are kept in our email for as long as needed to respond and follow up.
- Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe and ask us to delete them.
- Marketing performance metrics may be kept for reporting history and analytics.
- OAuth tokens, where used, are stored securely and you can revoke them from the provider's platform.
Your rights under the DPDP Act, 2023
If you are in India, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 gives you, as a data principal, the right to:
- Access information about your personal data: a summary of the data we process and the processing we do with it, and who we have shared it with (section 11).
- Correction and erasure: to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected or updated, and to have data erased when it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for, unless the law requires us to keep it (section 12).
- Grievance redressal: to have a complaint about how we handle your data answered by us (section 13).
- Nominate another person to exercise these rights for you in the event of your death or incapacity (section 14).
- Withdraw consent at any time where we process your data on the basis of consent, as easily as you gave it. Withdrawal does not affect processing already done.
To use any of these rights, email hello@cyberfreezedev.com with the subject "Data request" and tell us what you want. We may need to confirm your identity before acting. If you are not satisfied with our response to a grievance, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
Rights in other countries
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, including the GDPR in the EU and the UK GDPR, you may also have the right to request access to your data, request correction or deletion, object to certain processing or request that it be restricted, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Disconnecting a third-party integration: you can revoke our access at any time from the third-party platform (for example LinkedIn) and by contacting us.
