What the studio does

A production service, not an app: engineers run a generation and editing pipeline, and a person reviews every cut before delivery.

Read more about What the studio does

Most businesses now need far more video than they can shoot: reels for Instagram, shorts for YouTube, product clips for an online store, explainers for a sales deck, and each one in three aspect ratios. A shoot and an editor per piece does not scale to that volume.

The studio is a production service, not an app. We run a pipeline built on our own internal tooling that generates video shots, images, voiceover and music from a script, then assembles and edits them automatically into the formats you need. Engineers drive the pipeline and a person reviews every cut before it reaches you. You get finished files every month on a retainer, priced by the volume of output, at a competitive cost per finished video.

The tooling comes out of the AI video generation pipelines track in CyberFreeze Labs, where we test new models and editing steps before they go into client work.

What a retainer can include

Short form video

Reels, shorts and story ads cut to music, with on-screen text and captions.

Reels, shorts and story ads built from generated shots, your product photos and generated backgrounds, cut to music with on-screen text and captions.

Product and explainer clips

Your real product shots placed in generated scenes, plus simple motion graphics.

Your real product shots composited into generated scenes, plus simple motion graphics that explain a feature or a process.

Images

Campaign visuals, ad variations, thumbnails and social cards in every placement size.

Campaign visuals, ad variations, thumbnails, blog headers and social cards, delivered in the sizes each placement needs.

Voiceover

Synthetic or consented cloned voices, with Tamil and Hindi tested on your script.

Read more about Voiceover

Narration from synthetic voices chosen for your brand, or a clone of a voice you own with that person's written consent. We test regional languages such as Tamil and Hindi on your script before committing to them.

Music and sound

Generated tracks and effects, checked against each tool's commercial-use terms.

Editing automation on your footage

Silence trimming, captions, reframing to 9:16 and exports automated on your own footage.

If you already shoot, we automate the repetitive edits: trimming silences, captions from speech, reframing 16:9 to 9:16, adding intro and outro cards, and exporting every version.

How a month runs

  1. 01 Brief and brand kit

Logos, colours, fonts, tone, product photos and channels, collected once.

Read more about Brief and brand kit

Once, at the start: logo files, colours, fonts, voice and tone, product photos, do and do not lists, and the channels you post to.

  2. 02 Monthly content plan

A list of pieces with idea, format and channel for you to approve.

Read more about Monthly content plan

A list of pieces for the month with a one line idea, format and target channel for each. You approve or change it.

  3. 03 Script and storyboard

Scripts and frame lists, so the message is fixed before anything is generated.

Read more about Script and storyboard

Short scripts and a frame list for each piece, so you can fix the message before anything is generated.

  4. 04 Generation

Several takes of each shot generated, with only the best kept.

    Read more about Generation

Shots, images, voiceover and music generated per piece. We generate several takes of each shot and keep the best, which is where most of the craft is.

  5. 05 Automated edit and finishing

Assembly, captions, overlays, upscaling, loudness levelling and export to every aspect ratio.

Read more about Automated edit and finishing

Assembly to the storyboard, captions, brand overlays, colour matching, upscaling where needed (for example with Real-ESRGAN), loudness levelling and export to every aspect ratio.

  6. 06 Review and delivery

A person checks every cut, you request changes, and final files reach your folder.

Read more about Review and delivery

A person checks each cut for errors, artefacts and brand fit. You review, ask for changes within the agreed rounds, and receive the final files in your shared folder.

What generated video does well, and where we work around it

Knowing the limits is what keeps the output usable.

Videos are built from short shots, and text, logos and real product photos are added in the edit, because models handle those poorly.

Read more about What generated video does well, and where we work around it

Current video models are good at short shots of a few seconds: atmosphere, landscapes, abstract motion, product hero shots with simple movement, and stylised scenes. They are weaker at long continuous takes, keeping a character identical across many shots, readable text inside the frame, hands, and exact brand marks such as your logo or packaging.

So we design around those limits rather than hoping for a lucky take:

  • Videos are built from several short shots, cut to a rhythm.
  • All text, prices and logos are added in the edit as real graphics, never generated inside the shot.
  • Your actual product photos are composited in where the product must look exactly right.
  • Recurring characters use reference images and are kept to a few shots per video.

If a brief needs something generation cannot do well yet, such as a real person speaking at length to camera, we will say so and suggest a shoot plus editing automation instead.

Rights, consent and labelling

No real people without consent

No real person's likeness or voice without their written consent.

Read more about No real people without consent

We do not generate the likeness or voice of a real person unless that person has given written consent for the specific use.

Labelling AI content

We flag which pieces need an AI disclosure and deliver them ready for it.

Read more about Labelling AI content

India amended its IT Rules in February 2026 to require labelling of synthetically generated content on platforms (Hogan Lovells summary), and platforms such as YouTube ask creators to disclose realistic altered or synthetic content. We tell you which pieces need a disclosure and deliver them ready for it.

Tool terms

A record of which tool and model made each asset.

Read more about Tool terms

Each generation tool has its own terms for commercial use. We keep a record of which tool and model produced each asset, so you can answer questions about it later.

Questions

Is this a tool we log into?

No. It is a service. You send briefs and feedback, and we deliver finished files. The pipeline stays with our engineers.

How is a retainer priced?

By the volume and type of output per month: how many short videos, longer clips, images and voiceovers, and how many revision rounds. We quote after seeing your brief and channels, and the price per piece is set out in the retainer.

Can you match our existing brand style?

Yes. We build a style reference from your brand kit and past content and use it for every piece. The first month usually includes extra review while the style settles.

Who owns the videos?

You do, for the finished deliverables, subject to the commercial terms of the generation tools used, which we record per asset. The retainer agreement sets this out in writing.

Can you post the videos for us?

We can deliver them scheduled into your social calendar, and our growth marketing team can run the posting and ads if you want the whole loop handled.
