The client

A multi-specialty clinic with five treatment groups, so very different visitors each need to find the right page quickly.

Read more about The client

Let Smile Clinic describes itself as an oral and maxillofacial and cosmetology centre: a multi-specialty clinic in the Puzhuthivakkam and Madipakkam area of Chennai. Its treatments fall into five groups: dental care, child oral care, face aesthetics, hair restoration, and special surgical care including oral and maxillofacial surgery.

That range is the main challenge for a clinic website. Someone looking for a child's dental check-up and someone researching hair restoration are different visitors with different questions, and both need to find the right page quickly, trust what they read, and get in touch without friction.

What is on the site

As the site is live on 13 October 2026. You can check each of these at letsmileclinic.com.

A page for each line of treatment

Dental, Child, Face, Hair and Special Care each have their own page in the menu.

Dental Care, Child Care, Face Care, Hair Care and Special Care each have their own page, linked from the main menu, so a visitor goes straight to the treatment they came for instead of scrolling one long services list.

Appointment requests

A header button on every page leads to the appointment request form.

An appointment button sits in the header on every page and leads to a request form, and the home page also points to booking an online consultation.

WhatsApp in one tap

A floating button opens a WhatsApp chat with the clinic directly.

A floating WhatsApp button opens a chat with the clinic directly, for patients who would rather send a message than make a call. We build further on this pattern in WhatsApp CRM automation service.

Signals a patient can check

A Google Map plus links to the clinic's Google reviews and Instagram, checked before booking.

An embedded Google Map for directions, a link to the clinic's Google reviews and a link to its Instagram account, so a new patient can see the location and what others say before booking.

Why these choices suit a clinic

Treatment pages help a patient find the right care, the map and reviews help them choose the clinic, and the form and WhatsApp get them in touch.

A clinic's website has a narrow job: help a person who is worried about a tooth, their child's teeth or their skin decide that this clinic is the right one, and then contact it. Treatment pages answer the first question, the map and reviews answer the second, and the appointment form and WhatsApp button answer the third. Everything else is secondary.

The same thinking applies to any healthcare or clinic project we take on. One point worth raising with any clinic: an appointment form should ask only for what is needed to arrange the visit, because whatever a patient types, symptoms included, is personal data under India's DPDP Act, 2023. Questions

Did CyberFreezeDev build the Let Smile Clinic website?

Yes. The site's footer carries a CyberFreezeDev copyright credit, and the clinic's review on our Google Business Profile describes the work.

Can you build a similar website for my clinic?

Yes. Tell us your treatments, your location and how patients reach you today through the contact form. See web engineering for how we build sites.

Can a clinic website connect to WhatsApp for appointment follow-ups?

A WhatsApp button like the one on this site is the simplest version. Automated reminders and follow-ups need the WhatsApp Business API and a CRM behind it; see WhatsApp CRM automation service.
