During admissions a school or coaching institute gets hundreds of enquiries from WhatsApp, the website, Meta ads and walk-ins. They are written in a notebook or a spreadsheet, called back when someone has time, and many are never followed up. Parents asking the same five questions about fees, transport and the syllabus take up most of the office's day.
After admissions the load shifts. Fee reminders go out term by term. Attendance alerts, circulars, exam timetables and holiday notices are typed into WhatsApp groups that are hard to control and easy to leak. Fee payments come in through UPI, bank transfer and cash, and somebody has to match each one to a student before the receipt is issued.
This is where education automation helps: one enquiry list with every lead's source and status, parent messages sent from an official number to the right families, and payments matched to students automatically. Teachers and counsellors keep the conversations that matter; the repetition goes to software.
