CyberFreezeDev is an AI products and R&D company in Chennai, India. We have no office or representative in Singapore or Malaysia and no named client there yet; our named clients are in India and the UK. We work with businesses in both countries remotely, contracting as CyberFreezeDev LLP.
Singapore and Malaysia share one time zone, UTC+8, and neither uses daylight saving, so the gap is a fixed 2.5 hours. Your morning starts before ours: by the time Chennai opens, it is around midday in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur. Calls and reviews go in your afternoon. A message sent in your early evening still arrives inside the Chennai working day.
The two countries also share a habit that shapes most of our work there: customers, suppliers and staff talk on WhatsApp, in more than one language.

Current language models cover all three alongside English, but quality varies, especially with mixed-language messages. We test on your own anonymised chats first and keep a person in the loop for anything uncertain.
Where you choose. We deploy into Singapore or Malaysia cloud regions or onto your own servers, under your accounts, and use anonymised samples during development where we can.
We can prepare clean invoice data for your accounting or e-invoicing software. Whether to submit directly to the MyInvois API or through your existing system is decided case by case in the proposal.
Currency and payment terms are agreed in the written proposal before work begins.
