Remote AI development for Gulf businesses, from Chennai

No Gulf office, but almost no time difference.

We have no Gulf office or named Gulf client yet. The time gap is fixed all year, so most of your working day overlaps ours.

CyberFreezeDev is an AI products and R&D company in Chennai, India. We do not have an office, agent or partner in the UAE, Saudi Arabia or Qatar, and we do not yet have a named Gulf client. What we offer is a team that works almost the same hours you do, reachable on WhatsApp, which is how most Gulf businesses already talk to customers and suppliers.

None of the four countries involved changes its clocks, so the gap is fixed all year. A 09:00 start in Dubai is 10:30 in Chennai; a 09:00 start in Riyadh or Doha is 11:30. Most of your working day overlaps ours, so calls, quick fixes and same-day answers are realistic in a way they are not for our US or UK clients.

The bigger scheduling difference is the working week, covered below.

The UAE federal government moved to a Monday to Friday week in January 2022 and many private employers followed. Saudi and Qatari clients work on Sunday, so the proposal states which days we respond on.

Arabic and English in one system

Most Gulf projects are bilingual, and that changes the engineering.

Right-to-left interfaces

Arabic screens mirrored from the start: layout, icons, number fields and mixed text.

Read more about Right-to-left interfaces

Arabic screens are mirrored, not just translated: layout, icons, number fields and mixed Arabic and English text all need right-to-left handling. We build web and mobile front ends with both directions from the start rather than retrofitting. See web engineering and mobile app development.

Customers write in dialect

Models tested on your real Arabic, English and Arabizi messages before we commit.

Read more about Customers write in dialect

WhatsApp messages arrive in Gulf Arabic, Modern Standard Arabic, English, Arabizi (Arabic typed in Latin letters) and mixtures of all four. Before we commit to an assistant's quality, we test candidate models on a sample of your real, anonymised messages and show you where they fail.

Arabic documents

Arabic OCR measured on your own documents, with uncertain fields sent to a person.

Read more about Arabic documents

Trade licences, invoices and contracts often mix Arabic and English on one page. OCR accuracy on Arabic depends heavily on scan quality and fonts, so we measure it on your documents and route uncertain fields to a person. See OCR and document intelligence.

Staff languages too

Languages scoped per screen and message template for the staff who use them.

Read more about Staff languages too

Internal tools often need English plus the languages your staff use. We scope languages per screen and per message template, not as an afterthought.

Data protection and tax, country by country

A summary of what shapes the design. It is not legal or tax advice; confirm your position with a local adviser.

What fits Gulf businesses

WhatsApp lead capture and follow-up

Replies in Arabic or English once tested, then qualifies, assigns and follows up each lead.

Read more about WhatsApp lead capture and follow-up

Real estate brokers, clinics, car rental and trading firms get most enquiries on WhatsApp. Our WhatsApp CRM can be set up to reply in Arabic or English once we have tested it on your messages, then asks the qualifying questions, assigns the lead to a salesperson and schedules follow-ups. Where a team needs the WhatsApp Business API, we can set it up for you; we are not a Meta partner. See also our real estate and clinics pages.

Private AI that stays in the country

An open-weight model on a server in your office or a cloud region in your country.

For firms that cannot send customer data to a model hosted abroad, we deploy an open-weight model on a server in your office or in a cloud region inside your country, configured remotely from Chennai. See private AI deployment and GPU servers and AI hardware.

Our accounting product Fint is built for Indian GST. It does not handle UAE or Saudi VAT returns or ZATCA e-invoicing, so we do not offer it in the Gulf.

Questions

Do you have an office in Dubai or Riyadh?

No. The whole team is in Chennai, India. We work with Gulf clients remotely, on video calls and WhatsApp, inside a 1.5 to 2.5 hour time difference.

Can your assistant reply in Arabic?

Yes, current language models handle Arabic, but quality varies by dialect and by model. We test on your own anonymised messages before we promise anything, and we keep a person in the loop for anything the assistant is unsure about.

Can our data stay in the UAE or Saudi Arabia?

Yes. We deploy into in-country cloud regions or onto your own servers, under your accounts, and limit what our engineers can see during the build.

Do you work on Sundays for Saudi and Qatari clients?

Response days are agreed in the proposal. Raise it on the first call so the support terms match your working week.

Which currency do you invoice in?

Currency and payment method are agreed in the written proposal before work begins.
