The US buyers we fit best are founders and operations leads at small and mid-size companies who have a specific process in mind (inbound leads, document intake, support triage, reporting) and want it built and running, not a strategy deck.

Payment method and currency are set in the written proposal before work starts. As a foreign vendor we would provide your finance team with the tax form they ask for, normally a W-8BEN-E rather than a W-9.
Ownership and licence terms are written into the proposal. Where possible we build in repositories and cloud accounts you own, so the system keeps running without us.
Daily live standups only work comfortably for East Coast and Central teams, in your morning. For Pacific teams we suggest a written daily update and one or two live calls a week.
